ChembiochemA peptide inhibitor targeting the Src homology 2 (SH2) domain‐containing phosphatase 2 (SHP2) has been developed that binds to and blocks the C‐SH2 domain. The C‐SH2 inhibitor peptide is stable, selective, cell permeable, and noncytotoxic making it an enabling chemical tool to study SHP2 in cells.
