The Minor Planet Electronic Circulars contain information on unusual minor planets, routine data on comets and natural satellites, and occasional editorial announcements. They are published on behalf of Division F of the International Astronomical Union by the Minor Planet Center, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, Cambridge, MA 02138, U.S.A.

The tensile creep behavior of two resins used as matrices in high- performance carbon-fiber-reinforced composites was characterized by using Schapery's nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive equation. The investigation was performed on Poly etheretherketone (PEEK) and a toughened epoxy resin.

Assuming V = V0 + J22 V22 as the Potential a planet, in this paper we study the position and the characteristics of the equilibrium points as functions of the J22 parameter. The variational equations are solved in the neighborhood of these points to determine the possible periodic orbits.

This report presents the results of a round-robin comparison performed as part of activity A3.3.4 from the Partnership on Metrology project “Metrology for the support for Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage” (MetCCUS). In addition to the reporting, both the results and the associated data sets are included as part of the Data Management Plan (DMP).
