High resolution studies of massive primordial haloes

open access: yes, 2012
Atomic cooling haloes with virial temperatures $\rm T_{vir} \geq 10^{4}$ K are the most plausible sites for the formation of the first galaxies and the first intermediate mass black holes. It is therefore important to assess whether one can obtain robust

Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles Mediate SiRNA Delivery for Long‐Term Multi‐Gene Silencing in Intact Plants

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 11, Issue 9, March 6, 2024.
A biocompatible mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) platform for siRNA delivery into mature plant cells is established, which allows long‐term and multi‐gene silencing of both exogenous and endogenous genes through foliar spraying of MSN‐siRNA complexes, resulting in obvious phenotypic changes in the plant.
