Volunteering for Refugees as a Journey of Growth and Pain
Journal of Community &Applied Social Psychology, Volume 35, Issue 4, July/August 2025.ABSTRACT This narrative study explores how young adults volunteering to help refugees in disaster‐stricken areas reflectively view this journey and its meaning to their lives. A narrative study was conducted with 12 Jewish and Arab young adults who were sent to run a school for refugee children in Greece.
