Sleep Quality in Chronic Pain Patients With and Without Strong Opioid Use: An Observational Study Using a Wearable Device [PDF]
Low‐dose strong opioids improved sleep efficiency in chronic pain patients, whereas high doses (≥ 60 mg MEDD) impaired sleep. Wearable device and self‐report data highlight the need for careful opioid titration and sleep monitoring to balance analgesia with preservation of sleep quality.
