Epitope‐Resolved Digital SERS Profiling of Structurally Dynamic Antigens via a Multi‐Epitope Bispecific Antibody Framework

A multi‐epitope digital surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy framework enables epitope‐resolved immunoprofiling by integrating bispecific antibody fragments with spectrally encoded nanotags.
