Expression of Human CYP2D6 in Artificial Cells Based on Polymer‐Lipid Hybrid Vesicles

open access: yesChemBioChem, Volume 27, Issue 21, 12 November 2026.
Expression of eGFP and human cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) within the lumen of giant polymer‐lipid hybrid vesicles using a Leishmania tarentolae‐based cell‐free protein expression system is illustrated. Both proteins were expressed in the vesicle lumen, and low‐polymer‐content hybrid vesicles were the most suitable scaffolds for CYP2D6 expression with ...

Identification of C3d Complement Fragments in Lesional Tissues in ANCA‐Associated Vasculitis

open access: yesACR Open Rheumatology, Volume 8, Issue 11, November 2026.
Objective Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody–associated vasculitis (AAV) is typically described as “pauci‐immune” due to the absence or weak detection of Igs and complement activation within AAV tissue lesions. However, complement fragments have been recently reported in significant amounts in damaged tissue in AAV, notably in traps formed by ...

Upconversion Lateral Flow Test for A1 Beta‐Casein Protein in Milk and Infant Formulas

open access: yesAnalysis &Sensing, Volume 6, Issue 6, November 2026.
A1 and A2 β‐casein have similar structures but distinct health effects. We developed a rapid UCNP‐based lateral flow assay for sensitive A1 β‐casein detection. The assay provides quantitative detection from 0.001 to 10 ng/mL, with a 61 pg/mL detection limit and 10 min analysis time.

Resveratrol Modulates Bone Metabolism Through SIRT1‐Mediated NF‐κB Inhibition: Molecular Mechanisms and Therapeutic Implications

open access: yesCell Biochemistry and Function, Volume 44, Issue 11, November 2026.
ABSTRACT Osteoporosis and associated skeletal pathologies impose a staggering global health burden, disproportionately impacting elderly populations and postmenopausal women. At the root of excessive bone resorption and stalled osteogenesis lie persistent oxidative stress and chronic inflammation.

Controlled Nanoarchitecture of Aligned Electrospinning Fiber Composite Electrolyte Based on Plant and Animal Biopolymers for Safe Na‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, Volume 9, Issue 6, November 2026.
Aligned Electrospun Composite Electrolyte. The resurgence of solid‐state Na+ battery, sustained through lithium deficiency and mounting costs, offers an auspicious alternative to solid‐state Li+ battery. This study introduces a nanoarchitectural approach that integrates electrospinning with a simple solution casting technique to develop a mechanically ...
