Myxoglucamid A – ein neuartiges, aus Myxobakterien isoliertes Glykolipopeptid – wurde erstmals totalsynthetisch hergestellt. Mittels aktivitätsbasierter Proteinprofilierung (ABPP) wurde die Aldo‐Keto‐Reduktase 1C3 (AKR1C3) als primäres Zielprotein in menschlichen Zellen identifiziert.
