New identity-based three-party authenticated key agreement protocol with provable security

open access: yes, 2013
Key agreement allows multi-parties exchanging public information to create a common secret key that is known only to those entities over an insecure network.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Identity-based efficient authentication and key agreement protocol for mobile Internet

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2017
For the bad computation overhead of bi1inear pairings in e11iptic curve and the prob1ems of certificate management in the PKI,an efficient and secure authentication key agreement protoco1 was proposed based on the identity-based cryptosystem and GDH ...

Strongly Secure Certificateless Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol in Standard Model

open access: yes工程科学与技术, 2013
:Based on Zhang’s security model, an improved pairing-free certificateless key agreement,CL-AKA random oracle model, was proposed. An ephemeral-secret query and three types of fresh oracles were further defined in the improved CL-AKA random oracle model ...

Identity based authenticated key agreement protocol from pairing

open access: yes, 2003
In this thesis, we describe an identity based authenticated key agreement protocol using the Weil Pairing. Recently Liqun and Kudla proposed more efficient key agreement protocol than Smart's protocol.

Efficient identity-based authenticated key agreement protocol from pairings

open access: yes, 2019
Since Boneh and Franklin [Advances in cryptology-CRYPTO LNCS 2139 (2001) 213] gave the first feasible solutions for identity-based encryption using Weil pairing on elliptic curves, many identity-based key agreement protocols and signature schemes using ...

Pre‐analytical optimization of cell‐free DNA and extracellular vesicle‐derived DNA for mutation detection in liquid biopsies

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
