Provably Secure Authenticated Tree Based Group Key Agreement Protocol
We present a provably secure authenticated tree based key agreement protocol. The protocol is obtained by combining Boldyreva\u27s multi-signature with an unauthenticated ternary tree based multi-party extension of Joux\u27s key agreement protocol.

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Weakness in Simple Authenticated Key Agreement Protocol
[[abstract]]Seo and Sweeney recently proposed a simple authenticated key agreement protocol using a password-based method [see ibid., vol. 35, no. 13, p. 1073, 1999].

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

On-line Password Guessing Attack on Lu-Cao Key Agreement Protocol for Secure Authentication
[[abstract]]In 2006, Lu and Cao proposed an off-line password guessing attack on an efficient key agreement protocol for secure authentication. Lu and Cao pointed out that the Kim et al.’s protocol is vulnerable to the off-line password guessing attack ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...
