Study of Iodine Content in Commercial Salt of Nepal: Examining Compliance With Regulation, Associated Hazards, and Health Effects

Iodine is a vital micronutrient necessary for thyroid hormone synthesis, growth, and neurodevelopment. Universal salt iodization was implemented globally, including in Nepal, to address the burden of iodine deficiency diseases. Despite the success, iodine loss from iodized salt due to temperature and storage practices remains an issue.

Two Polymorphs of the Magnetic Catena‐Orthoperiodato‐Cuprate(II) K3[CuIO6]·4H2O from Ultra‐Alkaline Media

The ultra‐alkaline condition of a hydroflux facilitate the synthesis of a new periodato cuprate(II). Fully deprotonated orthoperiodate octahedra are connected into chains by copper(II) cations. The two modifications differ in the constitution of these chains, which influences the magnetism of the compounds.

본 연구는 작업 불확실성이 높은 조직을 지식집중조직(이하 KIOs)으로 보고, Perrow(1967)의 기술유형을 구분하는 척도를 이용하여 KIOs의 노사관계 및 HRD 특성을 분석하였다. 실증결과, 첫째 교육수준이 높은 조직구성원일수록 불확실성이 높은 작업을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지식서비스업에 속한 조직일수록 불확실성이 높은 작업을 수행하는 것으로 나타났다.
