Spatiotemporal Transcriptomics Characterizes Immune Microenvironment During Mouse Liver Aging
T cells are the most dynamically altered immune population in the aged liver. Accumulation of CD8+ Tex in aged livers. Spatial enrichment of CD8+ Tex in the portal vein zone. PP hepatocytes promote T cell exhaustion via Lpin1. T cell exhaustion correlates with liver disease progression.

ABSTRACT Aim The liver exhibits a remarkable regenerative capacity, enabling this organ to maintain homeostasis even after significant injury. However, hepatic regeneration requires sufficient energy to sustain cellular hypertrophy and proliferation, thus ensuring efficient tissue repair.

Review Article: Targeting Peroxisome Proliferator‐Activated Receptors in Primary Biliary Cholangitis
Peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor (PPAR) agonists have emerged as important second‐line treatments in primary biliary cholangitis, with profiles influenced by different selectivity for α‐, δ‐ and γ‐isoforms. PPAR‐α and PPAR‐δ agonism improve cholestasis, with inflammation reduced via all isoforms. PPAR‐δ agonism also reduces pruritus.

Targeting Inflammation and Immune Regulation in Chronic Inflammation Associated Cancers
Chronic inflammation sustains activation of key inflammatory pathways, including Nuclear factor kappa B (NF‐κB), Interleukin‐6‐signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (IL6‐STAT3), Phosphoinositide 3‐kinase/Akt (PI3K/Akt), and Wingless/β‐catenin (Wnt/β‐catenin) signaling. This promotes immune dysregulation through the expansion and functional
