Spatial distribution of bolls affects yield formation in different genotypes of Bt cotton varieties
To optimize the spatial distribution of cotton bolls and to increase the yield, the relationship between yield components and boll spatial distribution was investigated among different Bt (Bacillus thuringensis) cotton varieties.

Half-metallicity in highly L21-ordered CoFeCrAl thin films
The structural, magnetic, and electron-transport properties of Heusler-ordered CoFeCrAl thin films are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The films, sputtered onto MgO and having thicknesses of about 100 nm, exhibit virtually perfect single-crystalline epitaxy and a high degree of L21 chemical order.

Sustainability-oriented cross-functional collaboration to manage trade-offs and interdependencies
Despite a consensus view in the literature about the importance of cross-functional collaboration (CFC) for corporate environmental performance improvement, there is a dearth of studies that explain how exactly sustainability-oriented CFC can foster this

Strain-induced magnetocrystalline anisotropy in L21 Co2FeSi: first-principles study
Abstract The Co2FeSi/Fe/Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 interface exhibits the strong magnetoelectric coupling attributed from the magnetocrystalline anisotropy (MCA) of Co2FeSi. To enable the design of the MCA based on crystal structures and plane orientations, we examined the relationship between the atomic configurations and the MCA of Co2FeSi under

Doping effects on structural and magnetic properties of Heusler alloys Fe2Cr1-xCoxSi
In this work, 30nm Fe2Cr1-xCoxSi (FCCS) magnetic films were deposited on Cr buffered MgO (100) substrates by sputtering. Fe2Cr0.5Co0.5Si exhibits the largest magnetization and optimal ordered L21 cubic structure at in-situ annealing temperature (Tia) of ...

M&A motives in the German SME sector: The perception of M&A advisors
Despite their critical role in the European economy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are less frequently analysed than those involving large corporations. The study’s objective is to address this gap by
