Learning to Exploit the Prior Network Knowledge for Weakly-Supervised Semantic Segmentation [PDF]
Training a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for semantic segmentation typically requires to collect a large amount of accurate pixel-level annotations, a hard and expensive task. In contrast, simple image tags are easier to gather.

There is an unmet need in metastatic breast cancer patients to monitor therapy response in real time. In this study, we show how a noninvasive and affordable strategy based on sequencing of plasma samples with longitudinal tracking of tumour fraction paired with a statistical model provides valuable information on treatment response in advance of the ...

Comprehensive Downtime Prediction in Next-Generation Internet
The benchmark for the reliability quality of networks depends mainly on the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the reliability parameters. Downtime prediction of a communication system is crucial for the quality of service (QoS) offered to the end-user ...

A security analysis for label switching routers
Abstract: Label Switching Routers (LSR), such as IP switching of Ipsilon, use separate Virtual Circuits (VC) from different sources even having the same destination. Merging switches, on the other hand, allow multiple VCs of upstream traffic to use a single output VC if having same destination criteria.

Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

Alectinib resistance in ALK+ NSCLC depends on treatment sequence and EML4‐ALK variants. Variant 1 exhibited off‐target resistance after first‐line treatment, while variant 3 and later lines favored on‐target mutations. Early resistance involved off‐target alterations, like MET and NF2, while on‐target mutations emerged with prolonged therapy.

Service model of the voice traffic in multiprotocol label switching networks [PDF]
This paper proposes and investigates a service model of the voice traffic in multiprotocol label switching networks. The study of Multiprotocol label switching networks (MPLS) requires a formal description of processes occurring in them, development of ...

High Efficiency Power Amplifier Based on Envelope Elimination and Restoration Technique [PDF]
Due to complex envelope and phase modulation employed in modern transmitters it is necessary to use power amplifiers that have high linearity. Linear power amplifiers (classes A, B and AB) are commonly used, but they suffer from low efficiency especially
