The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Cache Replacement Schemes for Data-Driven Label Switching Networks [PDF]
-The traffic on the Internet has been growing exponentially for some time. This growth is beginning to put stress on the current-day routers. On the other hand, switching technology, such as ATM, offers much higher performance than IP routing, but it is ...

Asymmetric label switching resists binary imbalance [PDF]
In this correspondence, an asymmetric version of the label switching technique to build binary classification ensembles is introduced. The new version presents one more design parameter, the degree of asymmetry, and, consequently, it is more flexible to ...

Comprehensive Downtime Prediction in Next-Generation Internet
The benchmark for the reliability quality of networks depends mainly on the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the reliability parameters. Downtime prediction of a communication system is crucial for the quality of service (QoS) offered to the end-user ...
