EP300‐Mediated MTF1‐K218 Lactylation Buffers AR‐Driven Copper Overload to Suppress Cuproptosis in Castration‐Resistant Prostate Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Androgen receptor (AR) drives copper accumulation in prostate cancer while inducing MTF1 to buffer copper toxicity. EP300‐mediated lactylation of MTF1 at K218 promotes its nuclear translocation and metallothionein expression, sequestering cytosolic copper and preventing mitochondrial cuproptosis.

Changes in blood lactate concentration during active recovery at sub-lactate threshold, lactate threshold, and supra-lactate threshold exercise intensities.

open access: yes, 1991
The purpose of this investigation was to identify the intensity of recovery exercise, relevant to endurance event performance, that would result in the most rapid times for half decrease in blood lactate concentration, following 2 minutes of cycling at ...

Agreement between heart rate variability‐derived and lactate/ventilatory thresholds during a 4‐min stepwise incremental cycling test in male adults

open access: yesPhysiological Reports
Accurate exercise intensity thresholds are key for endurance training prescription. The non‐linear heart rate (HR) variability (HRV) index DFAa1 has been proposed as a threshold determination marker, with DFAa1 values of 0.75 (HRVT1) and 0.5 (HRVT2 ...

Mesoporous‐Shell Monolayer Plasmonic Architecture Enables Quantitative and Decision‐Guided SERS

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mesoporous‐shell‐regulated molecular transport combined with monolayer hotspot determinism transforms surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) from ultrasensitive detection into quantitative and decision‐guided molecular sensing. ABSTRACT Quantitative surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has long been impeded by stochastic hotspot formation ...
