We apply a halo velocity bias model, γ _f , within the Aemulus simulation suite for General Relativity to investigate its efficacy in identifying the signature of assembly bias and Modified Gravity (MG).

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

General Relativity and the Bulk-flow Puzzle
Bulk peculiar flows are commonplace in the Universe, with many surveys reporting their presence on scales spanning between few hundred and several hundred Mpc.

Mapping the Large-Scale Structure of the Universe
In a large scale view of the universe, galaxies are the basic unit of structure. A typical bright galaxy may contain 100 billion stars and span tens of thousands of light years, but the empty expanses between the galaxies are much larger still. Galaxies are not randomly distributed in space, but instead reside in groups and clusters, which are ...

The Large Scale Structure of The X-Ray Universe [PDF]
The clustering of the background-contributing X-ray sources is reflected in the excess (i.e., non-Poisson) fluctuations in the X-ray background (XRB). Observational limits on ΔI/I can therefore be used to constrain either the clumpiness of X-ray sources or their contribution to the XRB if their clustering properties are known (see Barcons & Fabian ...

The cancer problem is increasing globally with projections up to the year 2050 showing unfavourable outcomes in terms of incidence and cancer‐related deaths. The main challenges are prevention, improved therapeutics resulting in increased cure rates and enhanced health‐related quality of life.

Stabilization of Large Scale Structure by Adhesive Gravitational Clustering [PDF]
The interplay between gravitational and dispersive forces in a multi-streamed medium leads to an effect which is exposed in the present note as the genuine driving force of stabilization of large-scale structure. The conception of `adhesive gravitational

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.
