Alterations In Mitochondrial Ca2+ Flux By The Antibiotic X-537a (lasalocid-a).

open access: yes, 2015
A previous communication (Pereira da Silva, L., Bernardes, C.F. and Vercesi, A.E. (1984) Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 124, 80-86) presented evidence that lasalocid-A, at concentrations far below those required to act as a Ca2+ ionophore, significantly ...

Development and preliminary validation of a prediction formula of sodium and sodium-to-potassium ratio based on multiple regression using 24-h urines

Effect of lasalocid on fall-calving beef cows

open access: yes, 1986
Forty-two fall-calving crossbred cows were equally allotted to six pens of seven cow-calf pairs each. Two treatments (0 and 200 mg lasalocid/head/day) with three replications were used to determine the effects of lasalocid on fall-calving beef cows.
