[Study on proteins in Guangdilong by nano LC/orbitrap fusion lumos HR-MS].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2019
In the present study, fresh Guangdilong( GD),originating from Pheretima aspergillum, was taken as the object. The total proteins from GD were firstly separated by SDS-PAGE according to their molecular weights and in-gel digestion was then performed. After that, the peptides were analyzed by nano LC/orbitrap fusion lumos high resolution mass spectrometry ...

In vitro and in vivo human metabolism of a synthetic cannabinoid EAM-2201 detected by LC–quadrupole-ion trap-MS/MS and high-resolution LC–Orbitrap-MS/MS

Forensic Toxicology, 2019
The aim of this study is to characterize the metabolites of EAM-2201 in human hepatocytes obtained in vitro and those in liver and urine specimens obtained in vivo from the autopsy of an EAM-2201 abuser. EAM-2201 was incubated with human hepatocytes for 3 h in a CO2 incubator and the metabolites of EAM-2201 were produced.

Metabolic Profiling of Canertinib: A Comprehensive Cross‐Species Investigation Using Advanced UPLC‐MS/MS and LC‐Orbitrap‐HRMS Techniques

Biomedical Chromatography
ABSTRACTCanertinib is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor intended for the treatment of leukemia and non–small cell lung cancer. This study described a UPLC‐MS/MS method for quantitatively assessing the metabolic stability of canertinib in liver microsomes.

The use of LC-Orbitrap MS for the detection of Fusarium masked mycotoxins: the case of type A trichothecenes

World Mycotoxin Journal, 2012
‘Masked mycotoxins’ (mycotoxin glucosides) derived from type A trichothecenes (T-2 toxin and HT-2 toxin) were detected in commercially available maize powder reference material. These novel glucosides were identified as T-2 toxin-glucoside (T2-Glc) and HT-2 toxin-glucoside (HT2-Glc) on the basis of accurate mass measurements of characteristic ions and ...

Metabolic profiling of 5- Methoxy-N,N-diallyltryptamine in human liver microsomes and zebrafish using LC-Orbitrap MS

Journal of Chromatography B
The metabolic profiles of tryptamine-derived new psychoactive substance 5-Methoxy-N, N-diallyltryptamine (5-MeO-DALT) were investigated using both zebrafish and human liver microsome models. The ultra-high performance liquid chromatography Q Exactive Quadrupole-Orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometer (UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-HRMS) was employed to analyze ...

Detection of N-(1-deoxy-D-fructos-1-yl) Fumonisin C1, C2 and C3 in Corn Powder by LC - Orbitrap MS

Journal of Environmental & Analytical Toxicology, 2018
Detection of N-(1-deoxy-D-fructos-1-yl) fumonisin C1, C2 and C3 (NDfrc-FCs) in a reference material of corn powder were performed with LC-Orbitrap MS. The peaks of NDfrc-FCs were eluted 0.1 ~ 0.3 min earlier than those of fumonisin C1, C2 and C3 (FCs), from the C18 column, probably due to their hydrophilic structures having the carbohydrate residues ...
