This study identifies a novel thermoregulatory mechanism in rice: TOGR3 partners with 26S proteasome subunits, including TT1, to drive thermoresponsive ubiquitin–proteasome activity, maintaining sugar homeostasis in stomatal regulation to balance growth and stress resistance.

Abstract Early identification of disease onset is regarded as an important factor for successful medical intervention. However, cancer and other long-term latency diseases are rare and may take years to manifest clinically. As such, there are no gold standards with which to immediately validate proposed preclinical screening ...

Time‐restricted feeding (TRF) exerts protein‐dependent neuroprotective effects in an MPTP‐induced Parkinson's disease model. In casein‐fed mice, TRF improves gut barrier integrity and reduces neuroinflammation, possibly via modulation of Allobaculum and BCAAs.

The existence of di-glucosylated derivative of T-2 toxin in plant (corn powder) was confirmed for the first time in addition to that of HT-2 toxin. These masked mycotoxins (mycotoxin glucosides) were identified as T-2 toxin-di-glucoside (T2GlcGlc) and HT-

SLC2A3 derived lactate promotes metastasis through p53 lactylation at K120 and osteoclast differentiation. Pharmacological inhibition of SLC2A3 upregulates PD‐1 expression on CD8+ T cells via lactate induced p53 lactylation, which modulates immune evasion. ABSTRACT Bone metastasis is a devastating consequence of lung cancer.

A robust mass spectrometry method for rapid profiling of erythrocyte ghost membrane proteomes
Background Red blood cell (RBC) physiology is directly linked to many human disorders associated with low tissue oxygen levels or anemia including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congenital heart disease, sleep apnea and sickle cell anemia ...

PirN was identified as a previously uncharacterized PsbO‐interacting protein specifically induced in nitrate‐grown cyanobacteria. Loss of PirN leads to coordinated downregulation of PsbO and the nitrate reductase NarB, causing decreased PSII activity and impaired growth under nitrate conditions. Complementation with either PsbO or NarB largely restores

Annotating Nontargeted LC-HRMS/MS Data with Two Complementary Tandem Mass Spectral Libraries
Tandem mass spectral databases are indispensable for fast and reliable compound identification in nontargeted analysis with liquid chromatography–high resolution tandem mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS/MS), which is applied to a wide range of scientific ...

IR‐induced dysbiosis depletes P. coprophilus and its metabolite 6‐methyluracil, leading to disinhibition of the IDO1‐Kyn‐AHR axis. This results in sustained fibroblast activation and collagen deposition, driving radiation induced intestinal fibrosis. ABSTRACT Therapeutic options for radiation‐induced intestinal fibrosis (RIF) remain limited. This study

Celastrol upregulates adipocyte‐derived exosomal miR‐5099, suppressing the macrophage c‐Met/NF‐κB axis to mitigate pro‐inflammatory M1 polarization and adipose inflammation. These miR‐5099‐enriched exosomes also act as endocrine signals targeting the liver, muscle, and adipocytes to significantly enhance systemic insulin sensitivity.
