Mechanism of LDL binding and release probed by structure-based mutagenesis of the LDL receptor[S]
The LDL receptor (LDL-R) mediates cholesterol metabolism in humans by binding and internalizing cholesterol transported by LDL. Several different molecular mechanisms have been proposed for the binding of LDL to LDL-R at neutral plasma pH and for its ...

Hypolipidemic influence of CETZ.2HCl‐(H1‐antihistamine) metal‐complexes on “C57Bl/6‐mice” fed high‐fat‐diet. ABSTRACT New Cd(II), Zn(II), and Cu(II) chelates with cetirizine.2HCl (CETZ.2HCl) in incidence of 1,10 phenanthroline monohydrate (Phen.H2O) were synthesized in search of new biologically active compounds.

Lipid Metabolism and Immune Function: Chemical Tools for Insights into T‐Cell Biology
This review explores how lipids regulate immune responses, particularly in T‐cell function. Advances in metabolomics and proteomics provide insights into lipid‐mediated immunity. Fluorescent lipids enable single‐cell analysis of lipid uptake and metabolism.
