Discovery of a Novel and Potent Kir4.1 Inhibitor as a Safe and Rapid‐Onset Antidepressant Agent in Mice

The preferred derivative JX3212 demonstrates strong inhibitory activity against Kir4.1 with favorable druggability and shows significant antidepressant efficacy in vivo. Unpaired Learning‐Enabled Nanotube Identification from AFM Images

Identifying nanotubes on rough substrates is notoriously challenging for conventional image analysis. This work presents an unpaired deep learning approach that automatically extracts nanotube networks from atomic force microscopy images, even on complex polymeric surfaces used in roll‐to‐roll printing.
