Oral leiomyoma is a benign smooth muscle tumor with a low incidence. Oral leiomyomas present as slow growing, asymptomatic sub mucosal masses, usually in the tongue, hard palate or buccal mucosa. They may be seen at any age and are usually discovered when they are 1 to 2 cm in diameter.

Retroperitoneal sarcoma cells can secrete prolactin into the bloodstream, inducing hyperprolactinaemia, which subsequently triggers metabolic reprogramming, such as glucose metabolism. SOX4 can function as a transcription factor that facilitates PRL transcription.

Abstract A 3‐year‐old female spayed puli was presented for trembling, lethargy, panting and anorexia. An abdominal computed tomography (CT) scan revealed a mass arising from the right ureter. Peritoneal effusion was detected and confirmed to be uroabdomen. A right ureteronephrectomy was performed.
