Prediction of body weight using body measurements in some sheep and goats in Qatar

Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Blood‐based proteomic profiling reveals context‐dependent changes in BCL2‐associated signaling during taxane therapy in breast cancer patients

Chemotherapy side effects significantly impact cancer survivors' quality of life. Using protein levels in blood samples from breast cancer patients before and after 12 weeks of taxane treatment, we detected treatment‐dependent changes in calcium signaling and aging pathways associated with cancer recurrence.

Length-length and Length-weight relationships in Astacus leptodactylus in Bandar Anzali region

Different length - weight relationship in 1000 male and 201 female of freshwater crayfish were studied and it was revealed that the length - length relationship is best described through linear regression, while weight - length relation is best described through a multimodel one. Identifying transcription factors controlling the basal expression of human MRP4 highlights a substantial role for Sp1

The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.
