Clinicogenomic Features and Outcomes of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma With Central Nervous System Metastases: A Single‐Institution Cohort Study

open access: yesHead &Neck, Volume 48, Issue 11, Page 3193-3201, November 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a rare malignancy with a propensity for perineural invasion and hematogenous spread. Central nervous system (CNS) involvement is uncommon, and detailed clinical and genomic data on this aspect of the disease remain limited.

GPX2 inhibition enhances antitumor efficacy of lenvatinib via promoting immunogenic cell death in hepatocellular carcinoma

open access: yesJournal of Translational Medicine
Background Immunogenic cell death (ICD) is a distinct subtype of regulatory cell death, and represents a potential mechanism to remodel the tumor microenvironment. Lenvatinib is established as the first-line therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (

Efficacy and Safety of Benmelstobart Plus Anlotinib in Advanced Endometrial Cancer: Results of a Multi‐Cohort, Phase II Study (ETER200)

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 11, November 2026.
The multi‐cohort, Phase II ETER200 study evaluated benmelstobart plus anlotinib or either agent alone in previously treated metastatic or recurrent endometrial cancer across molecular subtypes. In non–MSI‐H/pMMR tumors, benmelstobart plus anlotinib demonstrated durable antitumor activity without unexpected safety signals.
