Sketching T cell atlases in the single‐cell era: challenges and recommendations
Recent advances in single‐cell technologies have enabled the creation of T cell atlases, providing detailed maps of adaptive immunity across tissues, development and disease states. These atlases help uncover T cell diversity, functional states and disease mechanisms, aiding in the identification of therapeutic targets.

Effect of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in a murine model of graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD). Following an allogeneic transplant from C57BL/6J donors to BALB/c recipients, PEA treatment improved survival, alleviated clinical symptoms, and protected target organs in GVHD‐affected mice.

This study identifies interferons as key mediators in lichenoid chronic GVHD pathogenesis, along with Th2 and Th17 involvement. It particularly highlights the role of Type I interferon, showing that early anti‐IFNAR1 treatment reduces skin inflammation in a murine model of chronic cutaneous GVHD.

Gaucher disease, state of the art and perspectives
Abstract Knowledge about Gaucher disease (GD), considered a model for rare diseases, has considerably increased since its discovery. The pathophysiology of this lysosomal disorder is better known, and specific therapies that can control many aspects of the disease have been developed, particularly for the most common form, Type 1 GD.

Abstract Although outcomes for newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) have been incrementally improved over the last decades, management of relapsed and refractory (R/R) AML remains a medical challenge. A curative intent for R/R AML usually involves chemotherapy (with or without targeted therapy) with subsequent consolidation, including ...
