CDK4/6 Inhibition Induces CD8+ T Cell Antitumor Immunity via MIF‐Induced Functional Orchestration of Tumor‐Associated Macrophages
Advanced Science, EarlyView.CDK4/6 inhibition promotes CD8+ T cell expansion through tumor‐macrophage crosstalk by activating HIF‐1α and enhancing MIF‐CD44/CD74 signaling. This reprograms TAMs to boost MHC‐I antigen presentation, and CDK4/6 inhibitor‐trained M1 TAM supernatant therapy synergizes with low‐dose PD‐1 blockade to restore antitumor immunity.Lin He, Yuzhong Peng, Lat‐lun Leong, Jingbo Zhou, Dongyang Tang, Weilu Wang, Xiaoran Wu, Josh haipeng Lei, Yongqin Ye, Yangyang Feng, Yunfeng Qiao, Xiangpeng Chu, Di Mu, Qi Zhao, Tzuming Liu, Yan Chen, Paul Kwonghang Tam, Chu‐Xia Deng +17 morewiley +1 more sourceP496: CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SECONDARY MYELOID NEOPLASMS IN PATIENTS WITH INFLAMMATORY BOWEL DISEASE

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Chronic myeloid leukemia blast phase (CML‐BP) poses a severe therapeutic challenge. This study reveals that the super‐enhancer‐driven transcription factors SOX4 and SMAD3 form a cooperative axis critical for disease progression. They co‐activate the oncogenic kinase AXL and promote phospholipid remodeling via LPCAT1 to facilitate its signaling ...Enzhe Lou, Peilong Lai, Guanjie Peng, Bo Lu, Lizhen Jiang, Xinyue Li, Jinghong Chen, Ladi Mo, Qiong Mao, Haichuan Zhang, Jinxin Fang, Yi Meng, Aochu Liu, Yingyin Gao, Andong Huang, Wenhui Lin, Shiwen Hu, Zerong Guan, Xiaolan Ye, Zhenguo Liu, Liling Jiang, Yueyuan Zheng, Xianping Shi +22 morewiley +1 more sourceUnraveling the Morphological and Functional Maturation Mechanisms Underlying Human Neural Development Using iPSCs‐Derived Neuronal Model
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Using human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs)‐derived neuronal model, Tian and colleagues reveal that voltage‐gated calcium channels Cav1.2 and Cav1.3, and their mediated calcium ion influx, are essential for early morphogenesis of human neuronal development, while ECEL1 underlies human neuronal functional developmental maturation through CALM3 ...Yue Tian, Yi‐Chun Ou, Zi‐Xian Zhang, Jie Cai, Si‐Qing Cai, Guo‐Gang Xing +5 morewiley +1 more sourceRefractory anemia with ring sideroblasts and marked thrombocytosis cases harbor mutations in SF3B1 or other spliceosome genes accompanied by JAK2V617F and ASXL1 mutations

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Phospholipid transfer protein(PLTP) plays a critical role in forming a complex with kinase A (AURKA) and P65. This interaction facilitates phosphorylation of P65 at Ser536, leading to the activation of the NF‐κB signaling pathway. Ultimately, this leads to the upregulation of downstream cytokines, including IL‐6, IL‐8, and CSF‐1, which promotes M2 ...Xinyue Liang, Yaning Li, Jianxun Cai, Lisi Luo, Pengfei Yang, Yutong Chen, Jiancong Zhou, Yan Zeng, Jiaping Yu, Weiyu Zhang, Wenzheng Pang, Yufang Li, Chunhua Wen, Jian Li, Linjuan Zeng +14 morewiley +1 more sourceEarly Detection of Cell Death Using Transmembrane Water Exchange Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Cell death is important in both the development and treatment of cancer. In this study, it is demonstrated for the first time that a specific measurement of the transmembrane water exchange rate using magnetic resonance imaging can be used as an early marker of cell death in mammalian cells, in animals and in human patients.
