Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Wide Field of View Compressive Light Field Display using a Multilayer Architecture and Tracked Viewers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
In this paper, we discuss a simple extension to existing compressive multilayer light field displays that greatly extends their field of view and depth of field.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

36.3: Surround‐type Light Field Display with Immersive Experience [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
A light field display with a concave screen is proposed. The system sets the viewing area at the center of the system, letting observers enter the center of the system to watching 3D scene surround them. The surrounded 3D scene provides observers a feast

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Methods for Light Field Display Profiling and Scalable Super-Multiview Video Coding [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Light field 3D displays reproduce the light field of real or synthetic scenes, as observed by multiple viewers, without the necessity of wearing 3D glasses.

One Shot 360-Degree Light Field Capture and Reconstruction with Depth Extraction Based on Optical Flow for Light Field Camera

open access: yesApplied Sciences, 2018
A system for capturing 360-degree light field information of real-existing object in one shot and then optically reconstructing is proposed. A new depth extraction algorithm for light field cameras is proposed and various camera specifications for ...

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in
