Financial Toxicity in Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder: An ABC‐X Mixed‐Methods Study

This mixed‐methods study shows 96.2% of Chinese NMOSD patients have financial toxicity from high biologic costs and job disruption; ABC‐X model analysis links fear of progression and low self‐efficacy to worse burden, multidimensional family crises and urgent policy and psychosocial support needs.
