Inspired by the construction of a new Liapunov functional for linear Volterra integrodifferential equations, we prove some general stability theorems for functional differential equations with infinite delay and weaken the usual requirement for positive ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

On Nonseparated Three-Point Boundary Value Problems for Linear Functional Differential Equations
For a system of linear functional differential equations, we consider a three-point problem with nonseparated boundary conditions determined by singular matrices.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

New Oscillation Criteria for Second-Order Forced Quasilinear Functional Differential Equations
We establish some new interval oscillation criteria for a general class of second-order forced quasilinear functional differential equations with ϕ-Laplacian operator and mixed nonlinearities.

On some boundary value problems for systems of linear functional differential equations
In this paper on the segment $I=[a,b]$ we will consider the system of linear functional differential equations \begin{equation*}\tag{1} x'_i(t)=\sum\limits_{k=1}^n\ell_{ik}(x_k)(t)+q_i(t)\qquad (i=1,\dots,n) \end{equation*} and its particular case \begin{

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Oscillatory behavior in linear retarded functional differential equations
The purpose of this paper is to investigate oscillatory properties for linear retarded functional differential systems \(\dot x(t)=\int^{0}_{-r}[d\eta (\theta)]x(t+\theta)\) and linear differential-difference system \(\dot x(t)=A_ 0x(t)+\sum^{p}_{j=1}A_ jx(t-r_ j).\) Conditions are obtained when all solutions of autonomous and nonautonomous functional ...
