La leptine chez le ruminant. Facteurs de variation physiologiques et nutritionnels

open access: yesINRAE Productions Animales, 1999

Microbiome−host proteostasis crosstalk—An emerging perspective on mechanisms and interventions toward healthy longevity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Proteostasis and the gut microbiota play a key role in shaping host physiology. Microbiota‐derived metabolites, vitamins, and RNA modulate host proteostasis. Findings from model systems, including C. elegans, indicate microbes can either stabilize or disrupt host proteostasis.

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Modulation of the phospholipid transfer protein-mediated transfer of phospholipids by diacylglycerols

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 2001
Previous studies have shown that diacylglycerols (DAG) are formed during triglyceride hydrolysis in very low density lipoproteins (VLDL), a process that is accompanied by an elevated phospholipid transfer protein (PLTP)-mediated transfer of phopholipids (

PARK(ing) time–How park deficiency affects the biological clock in a Drosophila model of Parkinson's disease

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Drosophila park mutants serve as a model for Parkinson's disease. We used this strain to investigate the connection between oxidative stress and the circadian clock mechanism. We showed that increased oxidative stress affects the physiology of pacemaker cells, disrupting their daily structural plasticity. Lack of rhythmic signaling from pacemaker cells

Profil Lipoprotéique et Risque Athérogène chez les Drépanocytaires Majeurs au CHU de Cocody

open access: yesHealth Research in Africa

open access: yesINRAE Productions Animales, 2001

Three phosphatase families form a community: The phosphohydrolases that act upon inositol pyrophosphates

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.
