Prickle4 Drives Microenvironmental Remodeling and Resistance to Parp Inhibition in IDH‐Mutant Glioma

IDH‐mutant gliomas exhibit sensitivity to PARP inhibitors (PARPi) owing to oncometabolite 2‐HG‐induced DNA repair defects. PARPi treatment induces resistance by upregulating Prickle4, which promotes VEGF‐driven angiogenesis. Norepinephrine Induces Sertoli Cell Ferroptosis via Receptors Desensitization Causing Stress‐Related Male Reproductive Dysfunction

Psychological stress activates the sympathetic–adrenal axis, elevating norepinephrine (NE) and suppressing reproductive hormones, thereby impairing male reproduction. Excess NE overactivates and desensitizes β‐adrenergic receptors (β‐ARs), triggering Sertoli cell ferroptosis and disrupting spermatogenesis.

CircSMEK1 Suppresses HCC via the hnRNPK‐IGF2‐AKT Axis: A Diagnostic Biomarker and Therapeutic Target
