CEACAM1 participation in breast cancer progression
In invasive breast cancer (BC), CEACAM1 shifts from an apical to a uniform membranous/cytoplasmic pattern, or is lost, as tumors dedifferentiate, inversely tracking the Ki‐67 proliferative index. In MCF‐7 cells, only CEACAM1‐4L suppresses proliferation, repressing cell cycle and growth factor genes.

The predictors of treatment adherence among hypertensive patients with cost-free access
The level and predictors of medication adherence have not been given attention among populations for whom the cost of treatment is not a concern, especially in the Ghanaian healthcare setting.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Graphical Log-Linear Models: Fundamental Concepts and Applications
A comprehensive study of graphical log-linear models for contingency tables is presented. High-dimensional contingency tables arise in many areas. Analysis of contingency tables involving several factors or categorical variables is very hard.

Regularized log-linear models for predicting underwater radiated noise spectra of small vessels
Underwater radiated noise (URN) from vessels is an anthropogenic stressor that negatively affects marine ecosystems. Accordingly, the ability to estimate URN levels is a critical component for environmental assessment.

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Spatio-Temporal Count Autoregression
We study the problem of modeling and inference for spatio-temporal count processes. Our approach uses parsimonious parameterisations of multivariate autoregressive count time series models, including possible regression on covariates.

Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

PENENTUAN BENTUK FUNGSI MODEL EMPIRIK: STUDI KASUS PERMINTAAN KENDARAAN RODA EMPAT BARU
In many cases, the determination of form of the regression function of the empirical model betweenthe linear model and the log-linear model is neglected when someone starts research.
