High‐Performance Flexible Silicon Nanowire Field Effect Transistors on Plastic Substrates

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The silicon nanowire field effect transistors integrated on flexible plastics reveal high electronic performance and mechanical stability under repeated bending cycles. The employment of in‐plane silicon nanowire channels enables precise alignment of transistor arrays.

Parameterized Two‐Qubit Gates for Enhanced Variational Quantum Eigensolver

open access: yesAnnalen der Physik, Volume 534, Issue 12, December 2022., 2022
The parameterized quantum circuit used in variational quantum algorithms usually consists of parameterized single‐qubit gates and fixed entangling multi‐qubit gates. Here, it is considered what happens when the entangling gates become parameterized, which allows for directly tuning the entangling power of the circuit. The parameterized entangling gates

Fault-Tolerant Constant-Depth Clifford Gates on Toric Codes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We propose and simulate the performance of a set of fault-tolerant and constant-depth logical gates on 2D toric codes. This set combines fold-transversal gates, Dehn twists and single-shot logical Pauli measurements and generates the full Clifford group.

Modulating Dynamic Photoresponse Behavior of Organic Phototransistors Through Morphology Control

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
An effective and facile strategy is investigated to regulate the photoresponse behavior from photomemory to photoswitching through controlling the crystalline and transporting properties of photosensitive layer. Highly ordered, high‐mobility films typically shows photomemory behavior whereas films with poor crystallinity and low charge mobility tend to

Targeted Clifford logical gates for hypergraph product codes [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
We construct explicit targeted logical gates for hypergraph product codes. Starting with symplectic matrices for CNOT, CZ, Phase, and Hadamard operators, which together generate the Clifford group, we design explicit transformations that result in targeted logical gates for arbitrary HGP codes. As a concrete example, we give logical circuits for the $[[

Thermal Noise‐Induced Phase Transition in Multi‐Domain Hf‐Based Antiferroelectric Material: Fatigue and Endurance Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A new mechanism based on thermal noise‐induced lattice vibration is identified for fatigue in HZO‐based antiferroelectric (AFE) materials. Through the modeling of the stochastic dynamics, both temperature and dipole coupling strength are verified as the key factors in this mechanism. This provides insight for the memory window optimization of AFE‐based
