Counterfactual logic gates [PDF]
We present how basic logic gates including NAND, NOR and XOR gates can be implemented counterfactually. The two inputs (Bob and Charlie) and the output (Alice) of the proposed counterfactual logic gate are not within the same station but rather separated in three different locations.

An abelian processor is an automaton whose output is independent of the order of its inputs. Bond and Levine have proved that a network of abelian processors performs the same computation regardless of processing order (subject only to a halting condition).

Investigation of a Nonlinear XNOR Logic Gate Based on an Induced Nonlinear Phase Shift of Spin Waves
Introduction. Recent years have seen a growing interest in studying the nonlinear properties of spin waves. Nonlinear phenomena, such as envelope solitons, nonlinear frequency shifts of intense spin waves, and etc., have attracted particular attention ...

We propose a scheme for molecule-based information processing by combining well-studied spectroscopic techniques and recent results from chemical dynamics. Specifically it is discussed how optical transitions in single molecules can be used to rapidly perform classical (Boolean) logical operations. In the proposed way, a restricted number of states
