In this article we extend the known theory of solution regions to encompass nonlinear boundary conditions. We both provide results for new boundary conditions and recover some known results for the linear case.

Cryptochrome and PAS/LOV proteins play intricate roles in circadian clocks where they act as both sensors and mediators of protein–protein interactions. Their ubiquitous presence in signaling networks has positioned them as targets for small‐molecule therapeutics. This review provides a structural introduction to these protein families.

Lower and Upper Solutions for Singular Derivative Dependent Dirichlet Problem [PDF]
The author develops the lower and upper solution method to work out the Dirichlet problem \[ u''+f(t,u,u')=0,\quad u(a)=0,\;u(b)=0, \] where \(f\) can be singular for \(t=a\), \(t=b\) and \(u=0\). Solutions are supposed to be in \(W^{1,1}(a,b)\cap W^{2,1}_{loc}(a,b)\).

Three nontrivial solutions for the p-Laplacian Neumann problems with a concave nonlinearity near the origin [PDF]
We consider a nonlinear Neumann problem driven by the p- Laplacian, with a right-hand side nonlinearity which is concave near the origin. Using variational techniques, combined with the method of upper-lower solutions and with Morse theory, we show ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

A method of upper and lower solutions for functional differential inclusions [PDF]
In this paper, a fixed point theorem for condensing maps combined with upper and lower solutions are used to investigate the existence of solutions for first order functional differential inclusions.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Solvability of a boundary value problem with a Nagumo Condition
The aim of this paper is to discuss the existence and localization of solutions for a generalized Emden-Fowler equation involving a conformable derivative and with a Dirichlet boundary condition.
