Simultaneous Intermittency Filtering and Peak Shaving for PV‐Powered Grid‐Interactive EV Fast Charging

This study proposes a photovoltaic (PV)‐powered fast‐charging station with a flywheel energy storage system to address challenges from renewable energy intermittency and grid strain. A new control strategy is developed, combining fluctuation filtering and peak shaving, to ensure stable power delivery and voltage regulation.
