The CXCL5/CXCR2 Axis Attenuates Ferroptosis in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma Through the Positive Feedback Loop Between PTGS2 Transcriptional Activation and Neutrophil Recruitment

The CXCL5/CXCR2 axis directly inhibits ferroptosis in ICC cells by activating the NF‐κB/PTGS2 pathway. Iron‐Tannic Acid Hydrogel Mediated Mild Photothermal Therapy Combined With Ferroptosis Enhances Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Colorectal Cancer

An injectable gelatin‐based tannic acid–iron hydrogel with mild photothermal therapy could not only induce immunogenic cell death, but also elicit ferroptosis of both tumor cells and tumor‐associated macrophages, resulting in DC maturation, T‐cell infiltration and down‐regulation of ferroptosis‐sensitive M2‐type TAMs levels.

Loss of LCN2 Function Ameliorates Glucocorticoid‐Induced Muscle Atrophy via Remodeling the Extracellular Matrix

Glucocorticoids transcriptionally activate LCN2 expression via GR nuclear translocation. Secreted LCN2 binds MMP9 to degrade skeletal muscle ECM collagen, blocks integrin‐mediated mechanotransduction, bidirectionally disrupts muscle protein homeostasis, and reveals a novel target for steroid‐induced muscle atrophy.
