Evaluation of lymph node counts in primary retroperitoneal lymph node dissection [PDF]
AbstractBACKGROUND:Lymph node counts are a measure of quality assurance and are associated with prognosis for numerous malignancies. To date, investigations of lymph node counts in testis cancer are lacking.METHODS:By using the Memorial Sloan‐Kettering Testis Cancer database, the authors identified 255 patients who underwent primary retroperitoneal ...

HD‐tDCS promotes recovery after intracerebral hemorrhage by enhancing PPARγ‐dependent astrocyte remodeling in a mouse model of ICH. This process suppresses proinflammatory astrocytic activation, restores perivascular AQP4 repolarization, and improves glymphatic influx and efflux, thereby facilitating hematoma and perihematomal edema clearance and ...

We developed an ultrasound‐controlled biomimetic nanoplatform, mRNA/V@M NPs, to co‐deliver CD74 mRNA and V‐9302 for fibrotic TNBC therapy. CD74 mRNA reprograms myCAFs into antigen‐presenting apCAF cells through the CD74‐MHC II pathway, while V‐9302 induces ICD and activates MHC I‐CD8+ T cell immunity.

PRRSV vaccine‐mediated protection is associated with clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets driven by viral structural proteins and supported by innate TLR4/TLR8 signaling and CD4+ T cell help, whereas non‐protective responses are characterized by dysfunctional exhausted‐like CD8+ T cells linked to poor viral control.

CAUSES OF GASTRIC CANCER RECURRENCES IN PATIENTS AFTER RADICAL SURGERY
Gastric cancer is one the most serious oncological pathologies and it occupies the third position in the structure of oncological mortality. Latest achievements in surgery for gastric cancer are linked to extended lymph node dissection (D2), still, long ...
