Assessing dose contribution to pelvic lymph nodes in intracavitary brachytherapy for cervical cancer
Purpose: In radical radiotherapy for cervical cancer, high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy is commonly used after external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) to deliver a cumulative EQD2 of 80 to 90 Gy to the primary tumor.

Autologous tumor‐infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy shows promising efficacy in acral melanoma, yet determinants of durable response remain unclear. By integrating single‐cell transcriptomics and TCR sequencing, this study reveals that TIL products enriched for T follicular helper and intermediate exhausted T cells establish persistent clonal ...

Innervation of lymph nodes [PDF]
Introduction. This work is devoted to an innervation of lymph nodes of a free top extremity of the person. We studied an innervation of humeral, elbow lymph nodes and lymph nodes of a forearm. Work purpose. To investigate an innervation of lymph nodes of

This study reveals that the Fgl2‐FcγRIIB signaling axis is a key mechanism by which MDSCs mediate tumor immune evasion. Tumor‐derived exosomes systemically activate MDSCs via this pathway, positioning this axis as a promising broad‐spectrum target for cancer immunotherapy.

NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING OF HUMAN LYMPH NODES
MR-imaging of surgically excised enlarged and non-enlarged human lymph nodes was studied in patients with and without malignant metastatic lymphadenopathy. NMR tomograms were performed at frequency of 200 MHz using the CPMG sequence. Space resolution was

Enhancing CAR‐T Cell Efficacy in Solid Tumors by Inhibiting CCL5/VEGF‐Mediated Angiogenesis
This study reveals that CAR‐T cells in solid tumors produce CCL5, which paradoxically induces VEGF and angiogenesis to promote tumor growth. Blocking CCL5/VEGF signaling—through gene knockout, or the CCR5 inhibitor maraviroc—significantly enhances the antitumor efficacy of CAR‑T therapy (the diagram was created in Biorender).

SPONTANEOUS ALTERATIONS IN THE SIZE OF LYMPH NODES AFTER LYMPHOGRAPHY
A total of 124 normal lymph nodes in 20 patients with Hodgkin's disease were measured in lymphograms by means of planimetry with point counting. Anteroposterior views were used both in the lymphography (24 h) and at subsequent check-up studies.

ABSTRACT The E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif 27 (TRIM27) is a negative regulator of NF‐κB activation and the innate immune response, and TRIM27 deficiency significantly impairs dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)‐induced colitis. The function of TRIM27 in intestinal epithelial cells (IECs), the mechanism by which TRIM27 inhibits the NF‐κB pathway and its

Prostate cancer is immunologically ‘cold’, with scarce, dysfunctional type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1s) that limit T cell priming. We introduce an aptamer‐targeted liposomedelivering FMS‐like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) and chlorin e6 (Ce6). Ultrasound induces antigen release and cDC1s recruitment, creating an in situ cDC1 vaccine.
