Urinary Tumor DNA to Identify Candidates for Repeat Transurethral Resection in Non‐Muscle‐Invasive Bladder Cancer

Urinary tumor DNA (utDNA) represents a powerful noninvasive biomarker to refine the need for repeat TURBT in high‐risk NMIBC. In our cohort of 161 patients, utDNA testing achieved superior accuracy to cytology, strongly predicted residual disease and recurrence, and could safely reduce unnecessary repeat resections by up to one‐third.

ABSTRACT Atypical fibroxanthoma (AFX) and pleomorphic dermal sarcoma (PDS) are rare mesenchymal tumors typically arising on sun‐damaged skin of the head and neck in elderly patients. PDS is a more aggressive tumor but with similar demographics, cellular morphology, immunohistochemical features, and genetic findings.

A deep learning–clinical nomogram hybrid for predicting sentinel lymph node metastasis in melanoma

We developed MISSLE, a deep learning–clinical nomogram hybrid model, to predict sentinel lymph node metastasis in invasive cutaneous melanoma with a high area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.950 on the test set. MISSLE identifies key histopathological features and integrates AI for improved clinical decision‐making.
