The reported positions of 964 suspected nova eruptions in M31 recorded through the end of calendar year 2013 have been compared in order to identify recurrent nova candidates. To pass the initial screen and qualify as a recurrent nova candidate two or more eruptions were required to be coincident within 0.1', although this criterion was relaxed to 0.15'

Abstract We have analysed Herschel observations of M31, using the ppmap procedure. The resolution of ppmap images is sufficient ($\sim 31\, {\rm pc}$ on M31) that we can analyse far-IR dust emission on the scale of giant molecular clouds.

Close inspection of the channel maps which make up the high resolution M31 HI-data set (Brinks, this volume) resulted in finding numerous shell structures and bubble-like regions. To avoid any bias in the interpretation we shall call holes, in the course of this contribution, all those structures where we find a deficiency of neutral gas.

Evidence for a Massive Andromeda Galaxy Using Satellite Galaxy Proper Motions
We present new mass estimates for Andromeda (M31) using the orbital angular momenta of four satellite galaxies (M33, NGC 185, NGC 147, and IC 10) derived from existing proper motions, distances, and line-of-sight velocities. We infer two masses for M31: $

Newly Discovered Wolf–Rayet Stars in M31
The evolved massive star populations of the Local Group galaxies are generally thought to be well understood. However, recent work has suggested that the Wolf–Rayet (WR) content of M31 may have been underestimated.
