Phylogenetic analysis of MADS-box genes in gymnosperms
Phylogenetic analysis of MADS-box genes in gymnosperms被子植物においては花器官形成に関わるMADS-box遺伝子群が知られている。本研究は裸子植物における雌雄の器官形成の進化を知ることを目的とし，MADS-box遺伝子の部分配列を決定し，系統解析を行った。対象植物は，裸子植物であるイチョウ，グネツム，マオウ，ソテツ，エゾマツ，ドイツトウヒ，イチイ，スギ，メタセコイア，およびシダ植物であるヒメワラビの計10種であった。実験手法は，裸子植物（イチョウ，グネツム，トウヒ，スギ）で既に知られているMADS-box遺伝子の保存領域からデジェネレートプライマーを設計し，10種の葉から抽出したDNAをテンプレートとして計91組のプライマー対でPCRを行った。増幅されたDNA断片はクローニング後選抜し，塩基配列を決定した。その結果，イチョウ，ソテツ ...
