The investigation of giant magnetic moment in ultrathin Fe3O4 films

open access: yesAPL Materials, 2016
The magnetic and transport properties of Fe3O4 films with a series of thicknesses are investigated. For the films with thickness below 15 nm, the saturation magnetization (Ms) increases and the coercivity decreases with the decrease in films’ thickness ...

Structure and Topology of Band Structures in the 1651 Magnetic Space Groups

open access: yes, 2018
The properties of electrons in magnetically ordered crystals are of interest both from the viewpoint of realizing novel topological phases, such as magnetic Weyl semimetals, and from the applications perspective of creating energy-efficient memories.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

High-frequency FeSiAl-based soft magnetic composites via simultaneously suppressed eddy and hysteresis losses

open access: yesNature Communications
Soft magnetic composites present promising solutions for integrated transformers and inductors, but challenges arise at MHz range, where hysteresis and intra-eddy losses result in substantial performance degradation.

Excellent ferroelectricity of 50 nm-thick doped HfO2 thin films induced by annealing with a rapid-heating-temperature process

open access: yesAIP Advances, 2020
The ferroelectric HfO2 thin film has attracted a lot of research interest due to being Pb free and its excellent compatibility with the Si-based semiconductor process.

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Vortex-based soft magnetic composite with ultrastable permeability up to gigahertz frequencies

open access: yesNature Communications
Soft magnetic materials with stable permeability up to hundreds of megahertz (MHz) are urgently needed for integrated transformers and inductors, which are crucial in the more-than-Moore era.

Thermal Casimir Force between Magnetic Materials

open access: yes, 2009
We investigate the Casimir pressure between two parallel plates made of magnetic materials at nonzero temperature. It is shown that for real magnetodielectric materials only the magnetic properties of ferromagnets can influence the Casimir pressure. This
