MODELS OF SPIN TORQUE USING SELF-CONSISTENT SOLUTIONS OF THE MAGNETISATION AND SPIN ACCUMULATION [PDF]
A model of spin accumulation (m) is proposed to develop theoretical approaches to calculate the m in any arbitrary magnetic structure. The model is based on generalising the approach of Zhang, Levy and Fert (PRL 88, 236601, 2002).

This work explores the possibility to design stable periodic magnetization textures by transforming a 2D film into a rolled‐up 3D architecture and back. In case of an isotropic exchange‐biased layer architecture, the magnetization encoded in the 3D state evolves into a spin‐spiral pattern with controlled periodicity after unrolling.
