The Delta Maintainability Model: Measuring Maintainability of Fine-Grained Code Changes
Existing maintainability models are used to identify technical debt of software systems. Targeting entire codebases, such models lack the ability to determine shortcomings of smaller, fine-grained changes. This paper proposes a new maintainability model –

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Defining and Measuring Maintainability
Maintainability is a measure of the ease with which a software system can be maintained. In this paper we propose a quantitative definition of maintainability, and discuss means to estimate the maintainability of a software system on the basis of a ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

maintaineR: A Web-Based Dashboard for Maintainers of CRAN Packages
The R development community maintains thousands of packages through its Comprehensive R Archive Network CRAN. The growth and evolution of this archive makes it more and more difficult to maintain packages and their interdependencies, and the existing tools that aim to help developers in this process no longer suffice.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
