続発性吸収不良症候群のうち,本邦でみられる代表的疾患であるA型胃炎,胃切除後症候群, Crohn病,全身性疾患に伴う腸病変(アミロイドーシス, PSS, α鎖病)および糖質吸収不全に伴う下痢などの病態について解説した.続発性吸収不良症候群は糖質,脂質,蛋白質,ビタミンB12,鉄,水・電解質,胆汁酸などの消化吸収不全を伴っているので,それがもたらす徴候は多岐にわたるので,患者をよく見ることが大事である.
