The evaluation of smears of normozoospermic men showed a clear leucospermia in 15% of the patients. There was a slight motility inhibition of the spermatozoa and head-to-head agglutination in the direct surroundings of the leucocytes. Phagocytosis of sperm heads by granulocytes was also evident.
