Large Displacement Optical Flow Estimation Based on Robust Interpolation of Sparse Correspondences
Recently, the interpolation of correspondences method has been widely used in optical flow estimation, because it produces an accurate flow field and costs little runtimes.

Investigating MS2/MS3 Matching Statistics
Improvements in ion trap instrumentation have made n-dimensional mass spectrometry more practical. The overall goal of the study was to describe a model for making use of MS2 and MS3 information in mass spectrometry experiments.

In this study, we present the structure of AcrIE8.1, a previously uncharacterized anti‐CRISPR protein that inhibits the type I‐E CRISPR‐Cas system. Through a combination of structural and biochemical analyses, we demonstrate that AcrIE8.1 directly binds to the Cas11 subunit of the Cascade complex to inhibit the CRISPR‐Cas system.

We perform an exact-diagonalization study of quasihole excitations for the two-component Halperin $(221)$ state in the lowest Landau level and for several $\nu=1/3$ bosonic fractional Chern insulators in topological flat bands with Chern number $|C|=2 ...

The Dark Side of Galaxy Color: evidence from new SDSS measurements of galaxy clustering and lensing [PDF]
The age matching model has recently been shown to predict correctly the luminosity L and g-r color of galaxies residing within dark matter halos.

The Caenorhabditis elegans DPF‐3 and human DPP4 have tripeptidyl peptidase activity
The dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV) family comprises serine proteases classically defined by their ability to remove dipeptides from the N‐termini of substrates, a feature that gave the family its name. Here, we report the discovery of a previously unrecognized tripeptidyl peptidase activity in DPPIV family members from two different species.

Data-dependent probability matching priors for empirical and related likelihoods
We consider a general class of empirical-type likelihoods and develop higher order asymptotics with a view to characterizing members thereof that allow the existence of possibly data-dependent probability matching priors ensuring approximate frequentist ...
