Here, we de novo assembled the chloroplast genomes of Ranunculus arvensis and Ranunculus laetus, providing comprehensive comparative analysis with 21 congeners. Puerariae Radix and Hovenia Seed were co‐fermented with Lactiplantibacillus plantarum and Lacticaseibacillus paracasei to produce PHF.
